These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and sbomax (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sbomax platform, including the website located at https://sbomax.cam (the "Site") and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account on sbomax, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and refrain from creating an account.

sbomax takes age verification seriously. All new Accounts are subject to KYC verification. Users found to be under 21 will have their Accounts permanently closed, all bets voided, and deposits returned without winnings.
To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing a valid email address, mobile phone number, full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual (duplicate Accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sbomax will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.
You agree to notify sbomax immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. sbomax is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
sbomax is required by law and operational policy to verify the identity of all Users. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification (KTP), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if KYC verification is incomplete. Refusal to provide requested documents will result in Account suspension.
sbomax accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per User to promote responsible gambling. Contact customer support if you require information about specific limits applicable to your Account.
Most deposits are processed instantly. In rare cases, bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. sbomax is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
sbomax does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sbomax reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Requests below this threshold will be rejected.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. sbomax reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification and fraud checks.
sbomax does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose incoming transfer fees.
Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the Bonus Terms section below.
sbomax offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Bonuses are granted at sbomax's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. Attempting to abuse the bonus system through multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent activity will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
sbomax reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Users. Our decision on bonus abuse is final.
All bets are subject to acceptance by sbomax. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Bets placed on obvious errors (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical glitches) will be void.
Sports betting markets include football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and more. Specific rules governing each sport and bet type are available on the Site. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to our sports-specific rules.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds and markets update in real time. Due to transmission delays, there may be a short delay between the actual event and updates reflected on the Site. sbomax is not liable for losses resulting from such delays.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness. Game rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available in each game's information section. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
Bets are settled based on official results provided by authoritative sources. In the event of a dispute, sbomax's decision is final. Settlement errors must be reported within 7 days of the event conclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sbomax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall sbomax's total liability exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbomax operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
sbomax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. sbomax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Any outstanding balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to sbomax.
